Major Attractions of Nepal-Tibet Tour
Nepal
In Nepal, you will explore two of its big and famous cities - Kathmandu and Pokhara along with the wilderness center- Chitwan. All of these cities offer a different experience. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and is also known as the City of Temple. There are temples in every corner of this city and houses seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites. During the tour, you will visit one of the holiest temples of Hindus- Pashupatinath Temple, and head towards the largest stupa in Nepal, Boudhnath Stupa. You will then visit the famous Monkey Temple- Swayambhunath and the two durbar squares- Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Likewise, stroll down the lively streets of Thamel.
The tour then takes you to Pokhara, the City of Lakes. The laid-back vibe of this city has made it famous among travelers. A scenic drive from Kathmandu will take you to Pokhara. Here, you will go on a short hike to Naudanda and explore the tourist sites like Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, Mahendra Cave, Peace Stupa, etc. You will also do boating on the tranquil Phewa Lake, enjoying the gorgeous sunset and tempting view of Mt.
